Supposedly protected by local landmark district designation for 20 years, this highly-visible Museum Hill house was let to fall to ruin within eyesight of City Hall.  The owner refused grant money and offers to buy the property, and after several years of fighting, has finally received the blessing of the city to demolish the house.
