This year’s tour is featuring Downtown lofts and churches as well as homes in Museum Hill, Cathedral Hill, and Harris Addition National Register Historic Districts.  Many of these buildings have been recently restored and have never been open for tour.

The tour will feature the following historic buildings: 

Lofts @ 415,  415 North 3rd

Commerce Bldg. Lofts, 113 South 7th

First Presbyterian Church, 301 North 7th

Christ Episcopal Church, 207 North 7th

First Lutheran Church, 302 South 10th

DeClive House, 105 North 15th

Close Double House, 516 North 12th

Westheimer Mansion, 1723 Francis

The tour will operate from 10:00AM to 6:00PM, with lighting of luminary at the houses at duskHoliday Merrymaking will be held at the Westheimer Mansion, 1723 Francis until 9:00PM+Desserts and coffee provided by the Barnard House Restaurant will be available for $2 all day while they last.  Beginning at 6:00PM, enjoy live music, featuring the Jeremy Gregoire Duo and a cash bar.  A new Holiday Merrymaking aspect this year will be a silent auction featuring local items.  The auction will be held from 10:00AM until 8:00PM. 

In addition, the churches will be offering music performances on the following schedule:

         11:00 - 1st Lutheran

         12:00 - 1st Presbyterian

           1:00 - Christ Episcopal

The performances will each last 20-30 minutes. 

Tickets are available for purchase at Katherine’s Gifts, St. Joseph Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, St. Joseph Museums, Inc., Stillwater’s, Westlake Ace Hardware, and Jamie’s Secret Garden beginning November 7th.  Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the tour at the houses and lofts.  Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 day of the tour.  Children 12 and under are free.  Handicapped accessibility to most buildings can be provided; please call in advance to make arrangements.

Tour attendees are encouraged to stop by the Historic Barnard House Restaurant, 1716 Francis for lunch (not included in ticket price).  In addition, ticket holders will receive a 10% discount on purchases made at
